Citibank closes $310 million PDP financing for GOL

Brazil's low-cost airline GOL concluded a predelivery payment (PDP) loan facility of $310 million for 21 737-800 Next Generation aircraft to be delivered in 2008 and 2009.
Calyon and Citigroup led the clubbed financing, which comprised of eight banks and closed in October.
