Penerbangan Malaysia, the owner of Malaysian Airlines, cancelled a $1 billion bond just hours before it was meant to price.
Bookrunners Citigroup, Commerce International Merchant Bankers and HSBC say the deal had been cancelled because of "unresolvable documentation issues".
