International law firm Bird & Bird and London firm Lane & Partners have merged under the Bird & Bird brand. The merger has consolidated two commercial aviation practices into one aviation commercial legal team in Europe. It combines Bird & Bird's experience in aircraft asset management and defence contracting with Lane & Partners' experience in civil aviation regulatory matters, aircraft insurance and leasing disputes and UK and European competition law.
