ING’s Lindsay-Bayley joins new AMS venture

Mark Lindsay-Bayley, previously head of one of ING Bank’s regional aviation teams, is to lead a new portfolio management division being launched by AMS Aircraft.

Mark Lindsay-Bayley is to head up a new aviation portfolio management division being set up by remarketing firm AMS Aircraft. Lindsay-Bayley was head of aviation, Europe, Middle East and Africa at ING Bank until it shut down its aviation division in October 2008.

The new division will complement the company’s aircraft management solutions business, which provides marketing and technical management services to banks, lessors and investors. The new team will focus on airline credit, documentation and other areas of transaction support.
