Michael Kramer leaves WestLB by mutual consent and will head up a new aviation leasing and asset financing advisory business in Tokyo.

Michael Kramer has left WestLB and is setting up an aviation leasing and asset finance advisory business in Japan.
The new venture, which will be based in Tokyo, will provide an advisory service for leasing companies, Japanese investors, banks looking to restructure and will also arrange new aircraft transactions. It will launch before the end of the year.
