Tiger Airways, has priced the shares of its S$272 million ($196 million) initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading today. The Singapore-based low-cost carrier is issuing a total of 165.15 million shares at a maximum offering price of S$1.65 a share. The offering is expected to close January 18.
