Former Avianca executive heads up new Latin American sales office.
BAE Systems Regional Aircraft has appointed Ricardo Barrera as head of its new Latin American sales office. Barrera starts immediately and is based in Bogota, Columbia.
The jet manufacturer believes that the market for its regional airliner products is opening up in Latin America, particularly for its BAE 146/Avro RJ regional jet.
