Embraer gets $1 billion credit line

The Brazilian aircraft manufacturer has secured a $1 billion syndicated credit facility

Embraer has secured $1 billion of financing from a syndicate of 25 financial institutions.

The short-term funds will be available in two credit lines: $400 million for pre-export financing at Libor plus 165 bps, and $600 million for working capital obligations at Libor plus 185bps.

The funds are available for two years, and must be paid back...
