Ryanair will not bid for Aer Lingus

As the Irish government considers selling a 25% share in Aer Lingus, the Irish Ministry of Transport says there will not be a sale this year.

Ryanair has decided not to bid for the Irish government's 25% stake in Aer Lingus. The International Airlines Group (IAG) is the most likely bidder at the moment, according to press reports.
